The RSCM Millennium Youth Choir is the jewel in the crown of RSCM choirs. Under the inspirational direction of David Ogden, the MYC performs regularly on BBC radio and television, including Songs of Praise and Choral Evensong. To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the RSCM, they have recorded a superb CD, produced by John Rutter. It contains many athems that have become synonymous with RSCM Publications, including Rutters A Gaelic Blessing, Sumsions They that go down to the sea in ships, Sanders Reproaches and Archers Prayer of St Richard of Chichester as well as the first recording of anthems by Philip Wilby and John Harper. Recorded in the glorious acoustic of Marlborough College Chapel, using their brand new organ, this beautiful CD will make an ideal Christmas stocking filler and will be enjoyed by all.
