King of Glory, King of Peace is the Festival Service Book to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the RSCM, founded in the Jerusalem Chamber of Westminster Abbey on 6 December 1927. It celebrates the kingship of Christ, from The Coming King to The King of Glory. The service has been devised by Christopher Chivers, (Principal, Westcott House Theological College, Cambridge), Andrew Reid (Director of the RSCM), and Tim Ruffer (Head of Publishing at the RSCM).

The book includes works by Bairstow, Duruflé, Ireland, Marenzio, Philip Moore, Pitoni, Purcell, Rachmaninoff and Richard Shephard, as well as an introit by Peter Nardone specially commissioned for this service, and a Magnificat and Nunc Dimittis suitable for parish choirs by Grayston Ives.

King of Glory, King of Peace includes a wide selection of hymns and songs, and a choice of choral items suitable for full SATB choir as well as those with more limited resources. Equally suitable for Area Festivals performed by hundreds and for smaller local services, this book offers a treasure store for use on many occasions
