A session for pianists who have either recently started playing the organ, or who are keen to start. Topics include choosing appropriate voluntaries, hymn and song playing, and the basics of choral accompaniment. Led by Rosemary Field, RSCM Head of Organ Studies, with Cathy Lamb, director of Music Outreach at Lichfield Cathedral School.
